Bio
As Asset Manager, Daniel is responsible for leasing and overall business plan execution for assets in the Northwest United States. He also oversees asset management for investments across the country in multiple regions including St. Louis, Chicago, Atlanta, and Florida. Daniel joined Westcore in 2015 as an analyst and has underwritten more than $1.2 billion of acquisitions throughout the United States. Daniel is an active member of the NAIOP San Diego chapter as well as the Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Diego County. Daniel played NCAA Division 1 Baseball at Northwestern University, where he earned a B.A. in Economics. Daniel also received an MBA from the UC San Diego Rady School of Management.
