Dan Rose has been with CBRE since October 2009 as a member of the Office Specialty Group. He specializes in the Office Building Sales and Leasing, Tenant Representation, Build-to-Suit Development and Consultant Services in Northeastern Ohio.
Dan has spent the last 19 years in the commercial real estate field assisting clients with their real estate needs. With his diverse background as a financial analyst for a commercial real estate mortgage banking firm along with his sales and leasing experience with national commercial brokerage companies and a large commercial real estate developer, Dan applies many of his varied skills to bring knowledge, integrity and hard work to CBRE in all phases of the real estate transaction.
Dan began his office leasing career with CBRE in January 2000. At CBRE, he was instrumental in securing new accounts on the tenant representation side and provided landlord representation for real estate investment trusts, developers and investors. Dan then moved on to Midwest Real Estate Partners, where he was part of a four-person team responsible for leasing over 500,000 SF of office space in the Cleveland CBD for landlords in 24 months. Prior to joining CBREin 2000, Dan was an analyst with Pinnacle Financial Group in Cleveland, Ohio. At Pinnacle he performed detailed analysis, negotiating and due diligence with Wall Street Conduits, Life Insurance Companies and Banks for acquisitions, debt restructuring and redevelopment projects. Through his work with Pinnacle Financial Group and in the commercial real estate brokerage industry, Dan has maintained a detailed and thorough understanding of the Cleveland real estate market. Recently Dan was the Director of Development and Leasing for Carnegie Management and Development Corporation. In this position, he handled the day to day functions of development and leasing activities including detailed financial analysis, project management, market/trend analysis, planning and design, budgeting, forecasting, along with database management.
