Daniel Miller specializes in Advisory & Transaction Services | Occupier for national and regional retail clients throughout Colorado. With 34 years of commercial real estate experience, he partners with clients in navigating the often challenging issues associated with occupancy and portfolio optimization. Daniel's expertise includes current situation and business plan analysis, market analysis, competition analysis and alternatives identification, strategic site selection and transaction negotiation and execution.

To date, Daniel has successfully completed over 1,250 retail transactions totaling over 23 million square feet, along with retail investment sales valued at more than $232 million.

Prior to rejoining CBRE in 2015, Daniel was a partner in retail brokerage for Sullivan Hayes Brokerage Corporation.
