Daniel Merlo

Dan Merlo is a Co-Founder and Principal of Intelica CRE™ and Bamboo Equity Partners™ as well as a Stakeholder in Oakline Studio™. Dan oversees Intelica’s business units and is focused on the brokerage activities for Intelica. He specializes in leasing, sales, tenant representation and design-build projects for industrial and office clients. Dan has used his knowledge and experience to help grow Intelica from three employees to over 50 employees within 10 years. Intelica currently manages approximately 5,000,000 square feet in seven states. Dan has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He is a licensed broker in both Missouri and Illinois. During his career, Dan has accrued over $2 billion in lease and sales transactions, totaling over 35 million square feet of industrial, office and retail space. Dan played Division 1 soccer while in college at Saint Louis University. He is still active in the Saint Louis University community as a board member of the Billiken Soccer Club. Dan is also a member of the St. Catherine Laboreau Catholic Church. Dan and his wife, Jen, have four children and reside in South St. Louis County.
