Daniel Kwon

Mr. Kwon is a Partner in Apollo's real estate private equity business. Prior to joining Apollo, he was a Vice President at Starwood Capital Group where he was responsible for the sourcing and execution of real estate and corporate investments across the lodging sector. Previously, Mr. Kwon was an investment professional at Tenex Capital Management, a mid market distressed buyout firm. Before that, he worked at GSO Capital and Morgan Stanley. Mr. Kwon graduated from MIT with a dual BS degree in electrical engineering and management science. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and AHLA Hospitality Investment Roundtable and serves on the Board of Directors of Inspire Communities.
