Having been in the multifamily and property management space for over 28 years, Daniel Kughen has a strong level of expertise in facilities and construction. His former position at Steadfast, one of America's largest REITs, was Senior Vice President of Facilities and Construction. During his time as VP of Construction Quality Assurance/Quality Control at Dinerstein, one of the nation's leading developers, Daniel focused on building new, multi-family housing communities. Skilled in Real Estate Due Diligence, Contracting, Construction, Cap X, Renovations, Contract Negotiations, Risk Management, QA/QC, waterproofing, and roofing systems. Daniel holds a degree in Construction Management from The University of Houston.
