Mr. Kline is the founder of Delancey Street Capital which began operations in his bedroom on Delancey Street in 2012, and has since established offices in Connecticut, New York, Maryland and Virginia. Prior to Delancey Street Capital he was employed in real estate financial roles by Morgan Properties, Equilibrium Equities, and Credit Suisse.

Mr. Kline has been involved in over $2.0 billion of real estate transactions. Mr. Kline is a graduate of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, holding a Bachelor of Science in Economics degree with concentrations in Real Estate and Finance.
