Dan Geuther

Dan is a Managing Director with Berkadia's Cleveland Office. He is responsible for origination and structuring of complex real estate financing and equity placements with a diverse group of internal and external capital sources. In Dan's 5 years with Berkadia and its predecessor companies he has been involved in the origination and closing of over $2 billion in commercial real estate transactions.Prior to joining Berkadia, Dan worked with The Townsend Group. While at Townsend, he advised institutional investors on commercial real estate investments with aggregate allocations in excess of $10 billion, underwrote direct asset acquisitions and private equity real estate funds, and participated in the recommendation and investment of more than $2.5 billion of client equity capital.
