Daniel is a vice president with Avison Young's Capital Markets Group and specializes in buyer representation. His 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate includes the sale and purchase of income-producing properties and value-added properties, asset management and business acquisitions for local, national and international investors. Daniel has facilitated the marketing and selling of retail spaces, warehouses, hotels, apartments, land and businesses of American companies. Daniel has in-depth experience aiding Chinese companies in the configuration of factories, acquisition of businesses and purchase of office, land and warehouse space while providing guidance in the procurement of government incentives. Daniel has transacted 500,000+ square feet of warehouses, 200+ acres of land, 50+ residential properties and numerous retail and office spaces.

Daniel graduated from Duke University with his PhD and is currently the Board Secretary of the North Carolina Chinese Business Association (NCCBA), where he was President from 2016-2020. During his tenure he has actively worked to build a strong relationship between the Chinese/Chinese-American business owners/investors and local businesses by promoting local investment opportunities and organizing workshops for business opportunities in a wide range of fields. Under his leadership, the NCCBA has bridged the friendship cities of Knightdale, NC and Liaoyuan China and has more than 60 events including the NCCBA's Chinese New Year Party at the Governor's Mansion, attended by the NC Governor, NC Secretary of State, several NC senators and mayors and an excess of 200 entrepreneurs. Daniel is a member of the Carolinas Chamber of Commerce (CCCC), a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate and has been a member of the Triangle Real Estate Investor Association (TREIA) and Chinese Christian Mission Church for more than 10 years.
