With over 27 years of real estate experience, Dana provides clients with corporate real estate services including tenant representation, asset management, brokerage, relocation and disposition services. Some of his client assignments include: AB InBev, AXIS Reinsurance, AT&T, AXA, Canon Business Solutions, GTE, Harbinger Capital Partners, Ikon Office Solutions, International Monetary Fund, New York Foundation for the Arts, Palm Pictures, Oxbow Industries, Quad Graphics, Thomson Financial, Tumi, United Nations, World Bank, and Xerox.
Prior to joining George Comfort & Sons, Inc. in 2007, he was a partner and president of Williamson, Picket, Gross, Inc., a New York real estate brokerage and management concern. He received a B.A. from Denison University. Mr. Pike is a member of REBNY and a former board member of The Core Network.
