Bio
Dan Tatsch serves as an Executive Vice President of Hillwood and is involved in the acquisition, development, and marketing of the company’s industrial properties with an emphasis on the Jacksonville (Florida) market and on e-commerce build-to-suit projects across the United States. He joined Hillwood in December 2000 following ten years as a leasing agent and principal in Trammell Crow Company’s Dallas Industrial division. During his real estate career, Dan has developed and marketed over 450 million square feet of big-box industrial, flex, and suburban office space and negotiated approximately 450 leases. Dan also served as a combat-engineering officer in the United States Army and has held senior-management positions in the alternative-fuels and petroleum-services industries. Dan received a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
