Profile

 

Since beginning his career at Cushman & Wakefield in 1987, Dan has successfully negotiated more than 1,500 office lease and sale transactions, representing over $2.5 billion in total consideration. Since rejoining the firm in 2007, Dan has been the Top (#1) Broker in 2009-2011 and 2013, and a Top 5 Broker in 2008, 2012, 2014, and 2016. He received the Office Broker of the Year Award for Oregon/Southwest Washington for 2011 and 2013 from the Commercial Association of Brokers (CAB). He has also been named a CoStar Power Broker every year since 2008. Mr. Swift spent seven years with CB Richard Ellis as Senior Vice President. He was named the Commercial Association of Realtors (CAR) Office Broker of the Year in 2005, and he was also the recipient of the national SIOR award for completing the largest cooperative office lease transaction in the country in 2002.

 

Dan graduated from Portland State University with a BS in finance and marketing in 1987. He has been a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) since 1996, and he earned his CCIM Designation in 1999. Dan is licensed in the State of Oregon and the State of Washington.
