Bio

Dan has an in-depth understanding of the downtown office market.  He works tirelessly on behalf of his clients to ensure that the transactions reflect all possible market elements that benefit his client.

When working on behalf of his ownership clients, Dan focuses on the goal of creating a transaction that both parties agree to.  After several years of working with landlords, Dan has gained a depth of understanding of how landlord's think and how landlord's enhance the value of their asset.

When working on behalf of his Tenant clients, Dan's focus is on the market conditions at that given time as they relate to and impact his client.  It is vital to capture all the forces at play at the time the transaction occurs.   The factors that will play a role in favorably shaping the transaction are vital parts of the deal.  Dan's years of experience in the marketplace allow him to navigate through to benefit his client's interests.

Additionally, Dan assists a number of investor clients in acquisition and disposition of commercial property.

Dan has been involved in commercial real estate in the Greater Puget Sound area since 1988.  From the Grubb & Ellis Company in Seattle, he moved to a smaller, regional firm, Martin Smith Inc, and then to CBRE.
