Dan Rudeen

Dan Rudeen joined Zeller in 2014 . As Assistant Vice President, Leasing & Acquisitions, Dan’s responsibilities include marketing, leasing and assisting the expansion of Zeller’s Minneapolis Metropolitan Area investment portfolio. Since joining Zeller, Dan has been involved in the leasing and marketing of office properties totaling 2.8 million square feet in the Minneapolis market. Prior to his role at Zeller, Dan worked in sales and as a business consultant in the Minneapolis area. Dan is a graduate of Saint John’s University with a BA in Business. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Minnesota and an active member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors, NAIOP Minnesota Chapter and Urban Land Institute.
