Bio
As Vice President of Development, Dan Meteyer is responsible for managing the sourcing, investment strategy and execution of new developments. He previously served as an acquisitions and development analyst with The Buccini/Pollin Group (BPG), a real estate private equity firm based in Washington, D.C., where he underwrote new hotel acquisitions and development and oversaw performance of the firm’s portfolio. He held prior positions at Guggenheim Investment and NASDAQ OMX.
Dan holds a B.A. in International Finance from Florida State University and a Master’s in Real Estate and Infrastructure with a Concentration in Finance and Acquisitions from Johns Hopkins University.
Born in Maryland, Dan is fluent in Spanish and enjoys golf, hiking, snowboarding and traveling.
