Dan Linnell

Dan Linnell is a senior director for JLL's Capital Markets Group in the Midwest, based in Minneapolis. Together with his partners, he co-leads JLL's Upper Midwest Multi-housing team, focusing on the acquisition, disposition, financing, and negotiation of multi-housing transactions. Prior to joining JLL's Capital Markets group, Dan was a First Vice President-Investments with Marcus & Millichap in Minneapolis. Dan's experience spans the Twin Cities, greater MN as well as surrounding border states. This experience consists largely of dispositions, like-kind exchanges, portfolio sales, valuation, and underwriting. Together with Josh, Mox, and Adam, the team has collectively sold or capitalized over $1B of multi-housing assets throughout the Midwest.
