Dan Gable

Dan is a Director and founding member of Berkadia's Indianapolis office. Over Dan's career he has completed transactions in various asset classes including, Multifamily, Student Housing, Senior Housing, Affordable Housing, Hotels, Office, Retail, and Industrial.Dan focuses on creating deep client relationships and serves as a direct lender and mortgage intermediary. Dan utilizes Berkadia's direct origination platform for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA/HUD. He also provides intermediary services to place life insurance, bridge, bank, and CMBS loans. Additionally, Dan works to connect clients with joint venture and preferred equity sources.Prior to joining Berkadia in 2020, Dan held the position of First Vice President for CBRE Capital Markets. Prior to entering mortgage banking, Dan worked as a Loan Support Analyst for PNC Bank and as a Financial Analyst for a development company. Dan completed his Master of Business Administration with a focus on Finance at Butler University in 2013.
