Dan Friess

Dan has a life time of experience in the multi-family and commercial construction industry as he grew up in the family business; he brings a high level of education and professional experience to the company. As the youngest licensed contractor in California in 1992, Dan has not only made a career out of growing the equity in real estate for his clients, but he participates in the industry as well, as a career long investor and property manager. This personal involvement from the client’s perspective gives Dan a deep understanding of how a successful project is to operate. Dan takes a very personal and hands on approach to all projects to ensure that the project expectations are clearly established and that the entire project team works as a coordinated unit.

Dan holds a Masters’ Degree in Construction Management and Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley, and a Masters’ Degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. Dan’s bachelor’s degree is in Urban Planning from the University of California at San Diego where he graduated with distinction and was awarded as a Research Scholar. He also earned the University’s Professional Certificate in Architectural and Engineering Practices.
