Dan Bryson

Dan is a Senior Director in the Dallas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He has over 40 years of experience in commercial banking and commercial real estate finance as well as investment advisory covering a broad range of properties including: data centers, office, multi-housing, retail, industrial, and healthcare. These transactions included structured finance, such as joint ventures, equity placement and high leveraged transactions, as well as traditional debt and investment sales. Dan and the data center finance team have successfully engaged and closed financing on 19 data centers, which represents over $3 billion in market capitalization.

Prior to joining JLL in 2013, Dan was Vice President of originations for The Bank of the Ozarks Real Estate Specialties Group. His duties included sourcing and underwriting commercial real estate loans as well as maintaining relationships with commercial brokerage clients across the country. He also spent 13 years as Senior Director/Managing Director of the Dallas office of HFF.
