Bio
As President of the Americas West region for Cushman & Wakefield, Daniel T. Broderick leads a region comprised of the Western United States, Canada and Latin America. In addition, Daniel is responsible for the National Industrial Practice and he is the Executive Sponsor for the National Single Tenant Net Lease Investment Group.
Daniel leads the strategic design of the West region, as well as the full mobilization and integration of Cushman & Wakefield resources, expertise and services to enable clients and professionals to succeed. Daniel is passionate about developing individuals and teams, adding value for clients and their assets, leading with authenticity and giving back to the communities he serves.
Prior to his current role, Daniel served in many leadership positions at Cushman & Wakefield. He was the President & CEO of a legacy firm (BRE Commercial), which he led that through two sales and two additional mergers. Before BRE, Daniel was an investment sale broker at Eastdil Secured, and has transacted over $8 billion in investment sales across Southern California, Arizona and Texas.
Daniel received a bachelor's degree from Stanford University in Economics and Psychology. He currently serves as a board member for Stanford Professionals In Real Estate (SPIRE) and San Diego Economic Development Corporation, and as an advisory board member for University of San Diego Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate.
