Dan Aynesazan assists buyers and sellers in attaining their Real Estate investment goals. His market specialty includes multi-family investment sales in the West Hollywood and La Brea/Fairfax sub-markets. Dan's comprehension of the investor spectrum ranges from institutional capital to mom and pop. Before joining Marcus & Millichap in March of 2020, Dan graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.S in Real Estate Development. While attending USC, Dan's course requirements encompassed the full cycle of real-estate development, specifically the risk/return an investor or owner contemplates upon entering or exiting the market. Prior his shift to commercial brokerage, Dan's heavy real-estate background was a result of his work under prominent residential and commercial developers in west Los Angeles. Acting as an executive assistant or shadow to developers greatly enhanced his empathy towards all clients assuring them that he will not stop until they reach their investment goals.
