Damian Johnson from Kingston, Jamaica, is a junior commercial real estate broker with a Master of Science in International Real Estate and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, complemented by a minor in Finance. With a proven history of providing insightful market analysis based on a robust understanding of financial trends and patterns, Damian excels in solving problems and offering optimal advice while identifying commercial opportunities.
Damian possesses advanced communication and problem-solving skills, supported by a solid background in managing projects from initial design through to completion. Adept at working both within a team and independently in fast-paced environments, he has developed exceptional people skills over the years, enabling him to effectively persuade clients and close deals. In addition to his professional career, Damian is the president and co-founder of the Fight For Freedom Project, an organization established to elevate the Black community through advocacy. The organization focuses on eradicating health disparities, improving financial literacy, and implementing criminal justice reform. To enhance financial literacy, Damian developed the "Gateway to Freedom" program as part of the H.E.R.O Initiative, a program that teaches the four essential aspects of personal finance: saving, budgeting, spending, and investing.
