In July 2019, CBRE Group, Inc. (NYSE: CBRE) acquired CBRE | MEGA, a long-standing joint affiliate and the leading full-service commercial real estate services operation in Omaha.
Dale Scott is the Executive Vice President of Office Brokerage at CBRE|MEGA. He is also a Shareholder in the company and serves on the Board of Directors. Dale is involved in all aspects of office brokerage including leasing, sales, tenant representation, development and syndication. In over 20 years as a commercial agent, Dale has been involved with several of Omaha's premier projects from conception to completion.
Prior to his affiliation with CBRE|MEGA, Dale was a partner in an Omaha real estate company that eventually merged with The Mega Corporation, now CBRE|MEGA.
In the last 24 months, Dale has brokered in excess of $100 million in transactions. He is also a multiple recipient of CBRE|MEGA's annual Platinum Club Award for excellence in sales achievement. In addition, Dale recently earned the prestigious SIOR designation from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. The Society consists of over 3,100 real estate professionals who have met stringent transaction volume and experience criteria.
