During his tenure as President of The Irving Group, Dale grew firm revenues 250% and added over 110 new clients. This understanding of business operations has assisted Dale in advising his tenant clients on their commercial real estate matters.
Recognized as a Cushman & Wakefield top producer for the past 15 years, Dale has specialized in representing technology, government contractor, and non-profit tenants, including 17 high-profile headquarter transactions since 2010. Dale is an influential member of the commercial real estate industry and volunteers his time to local organizations such as ServiceSource Foundation and AccuSpeechMobile.
