Bio
President D. Richard Bushéy has excelled in commercial real estate for twenty years. In addition to having served on several industry-related boards including the Hampton Roads Commercial Real Estate Council and Hampton Roads Economic Development Alliance, he has extensive experience in leasing, build-to-suit structures and development. Bushéy is a graduate of Old Dominion University and has been awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. Mr. Bushéy is the sole owner of Dynamic Commercial Real Estate Advisors and Commercial Development Associates.
