Cy Colburn

As Managing Director and co-founder of SteelWave CDS, LLC, Cy Colburn is responsible for all Northern California construction. During his 38 years at Steelwave he has managed the completion of over $1.5B in tenant improvements, capital improvements and new building shells for Office, Life Science, R&D and Industrial projects. Cy is a licensed General Contractor overseeing the CDS GC team who builds on average, contract values of $20M per year Before joining SteelWave in 1984, Cy worked for Western Empire Constructors, Inc, as a project manager.
