Cynthia G Kelley

Cindy Kelley has worked in the multi-family industry for more than 27 years Her position at JMG entails supervision of all accounting for the properties as well as supervision of all rehab accounting and some partnership accounting. In addition, she oversees the Human Resources Department and Information Systems Department. Cindy is a two-time recipient of JMG Realty’s President’s Award. Cindy began her career in real estate accounting at Johnstown American Companies/Lane Company, beginning as a property-level bookkeeper and ascending to Assistant Controller. She joined Jackson Management Group at its inception in 1989 as Vice President of Accounting and Personnel. Ms. Kelley supervised all accounting for the properties, all rehab accounting and all partnership accounting. In addition, she was directly responsible for all corporate accounting.
