Bio
CW is a Senior Director in the Austin office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He specializes in providing debt and structured finance solutions for owner/developer clients across all product types, with a sub-specialty in the multi-housing arena.
Prior to joining JLL in 2016, CW was a Vice President with Goldman, Sachs & Co. in their CMBS lending group in Dallas. During his almost 12 years with the firm, CW was involved in the securitization of over $70 billion in publicly and privately issued fixed and floating rate CMBS transactions, covering all property types. Previously, he was a Senior Analyst with MortgageRamp, a financial services firm based in Atlanta.
