Curtis Podlewski, MAI

Curtis Podlewski, MAI is a First Vice President in the CBRE Valuation and Advisory Services Houston office with over 25 years of professional experience in the fee preparation of real estate appraisals, market studies and feasibility studies of commercial properties.  Prior to joining CBRE in 1997, Mr. Podlewski was a senior review appraiser for First Interstate Bank and Wells Fargo Bank.  His geographical focus has been in Houston with expertise in the valuation of institutional grade office buildings.  He has also performed appraisals on regional malls, retail centers, subdivisions, golf courses, industrial facilities, apartments, hospitals, and other specialized properties.  Mr. Podlewski holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and is a Texas State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser.  Mr. Podlewski has testified as an expert witness on real estate related matters in both state district court and federal bankruptcy court.
