Curt Allsop

Curt Allsop is an Executive Managing Director with Newmark land and multi-housing divisions focusing on real estate transactions throughout Nevada and specifically the Las Vegas and Reno metropolitan areas. He brings to the firm more than 32 years of development, land acquisition and commercial real estate experience.

Curt has been responsible for managing the acquisition, entitlement and development of sites across multiple states, including the design and construction deliverables to end user. His strong technical background and management experience have allowed him to successfully acquire and develop multi-billion dollar projects.

During his time at Newmark, Curt has focused on land sales and multifamily, hospitality and large portfolio transactions. He provides a variety of services, including valuations, consulting and work-out dispositions, to clients such as Raintree Investments, Paulson & Company, FDIC, KBS Capital Advisor, ZMC Hotels, C.W. Capital, LNR, American Capital, Rialto, The Calida Group, Sorenson and Lloyds Bank.

Over the course of his career, Curt has been responsible for the brokerage, acquisition and development of more than 6,000 acres of land totaling more than $5.0 billion in development, and completed construction of more than 7 million square feet for various end users.

Curt earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Brigham Young University.
