Bio
Cristen Conkling is a vice president of Lionstone Investments’ Portfolio Management team, managing one of Lionstone’s significant investor relationships. As such, she provides guidance on pertinent portfolio construction, financing, operation, and asset disposal decisions. She manages the delivery of performance reporting to investors and serves as a liaison between the investments and asset management teams. Ms. Conkling has over 20 years of experience in the institutional real estate sector. Prior to joining Lionstone in 2021, she served as Head of Portfolio and Asset Management at Crow Holdings Partners. Previously, she spent 14 years at AEW Capital Management. She has an MBA from The University of Texas and B.B.A. in Finance and Certificate of International Business from Texas A&M University.
