Bio
Craig Taylor is a Senior Vice President with CBRE’s Investment Properties Group, and specializes in the sales of multi-tenant retail product throughout Georgia and Alabama with a primary focus on the metropolitan Atlanta area. These assets, from unanchored specialty and shadow-anchored plazas to neighborhood and community shopping centers, typically range from $1 million to $20 million.
In 1990, Mr. Taylor began his career in commercial real estate in the areas of shopping center development and asset management. He transitioned to retail investment sales in 1995, the specialty he worked throughout Atlanta prior to joining CBRE in 2000. With a detailed knowledge of various facets of the industry and the capital markets, and with 25 years of experience in the Atlanta commercial real estate market, Mr. Taylor adds value to his clients on the sell-side or the buy-side of each transaction.
Mr. Taylor has closed more than 165 shopping center transactions totaling more than 8.9 million SF of space and nearly $870 million in total sales volume.
