Profile
Mr. Segien joined Cushman & Wakefield of Massachusetts, Inc., in 2012 as the Branch Accountant for Cushman & Wakefield's New England Area. In 2014, he joined the Valuation & Advisory group and now serves as a Director in the New England Region. Craig is responsible for the appraisal and valuation of land, commercial and multifamily, residential.
To date, Mr. Segien has analyzed and valued over $50 billion in for-rent and for-sale housing totaling more than 130,000 units, $10 billion in office product totaling 24 million square feet, and $450 million in retail product totaling 1.25 million square feet.
