As a Research Analyst, Craig Runnalls focuses on understanding commercial market transactions. His comprehensive examination of data lends a hand in all transactions completed through Hanley Investment Group. Craig’s understanding of commercial real estate also enables him to analyze and assemble economic data for our clients, allowing them to make the best possible decisions when it comes to their investment properties.

Prior to joining Hanley Investment Group, Craig worked for numerous surfwear companies which led him to becoming a Principle in his own company. He also became certified as a residential appraiser and has kept that knowledge for over 20 years.

Craig graduated from the University of California, Irvine with an emphasis in Economics. While attending, he led the school’s rowing team and held the title of captain. In his free time, Craig stays active by cycling and surfing, and enjoys quality time with his wife and son.
