Craig Parrish is a Senior Valuation Associate in the CBRE Valuation & Advisory Services Group’s Las Vegas office. Mr. Parrish has more than eight years in the real estate industry. His holistic valuation approach is informed by professional experience in capital markets, brokerage, law, and valuation. He has completed appraisals across the Southwest with a primary focus in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area.
Mr. Parrish handles a variety of property types through all stages of the product life cycle. Most notably, he has completed valuations of market-rate and rent-restricted apartment properties, office projects (medical and non-medical uses), hotels, and vacant land.
