Bio
Craig Nussbaum joined Waramaug in 2013 and handles all aspects of the company's transaction activities including deal intake, purchase agreements, due diligence coordination, franchise licensing and dispositions. Prior to joining Waramaug, Craig practiced law for thirteen years. Craig obtained his B.A. from Bates College and J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law.
