With his considerable experience in the Southern California industrial real estate market, Craig Halverson uses his knowledge of acquisition and development to strategically expand Watson’s portfolio as Executive Vice President of Real Estate Development. Craig has worked in all the major submarkets within the Southern California area, in particular in the South Bay and Inland Empire. A graduate of the University of Southern California, Craig is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Inland Empire Chapter.
