Craig Brown

Craig Brown joined Robert Brown and Associates, Inc in 2002. Craig is the property manager for Robert Brown & Associates, Inc. He graduated from Hampden-Sydney College in 2002 with a B.S. in Economics. As the property manager, Craig is responsible for maintaining the shopping centers in a professional manner. Some of the responsibilities of this position are designing annual budgets for all properties, making necessary repairs when needed, and collecting aged account receivables. Our company's aggressive management style is carried down to the property management division where this pro-active philosophy often prevents major problems for the owner and tenants. Craig supervises all construction project for the firms portfolio.
