Bio
Coy serves as Senior Vice President of Construction where he is responsible for the construction of commercial office, multi-family, and healthcare development projects. He provides full-service construction management services for build-to-suit clients and oversees the design and construction of our principal development projects.
Prior to joining Transwestern, Coy was Director of Multifamily Development with The Howard Hughes Corporation responsible for new business generation, managing and improving internal processes, and overseeing multiple project teams from Hawaii to Columbia, Maryland.
Coy has over 28 years of construction experience specializing in multifamily, hospitality and higher education projects. Coy has also worked on industrial projects that total over 1.5 Million SF.
