Cory Villaume

Cory Villaume specializes in investment and transaction advisory for multi-tenant and net leased retail property owners throughout the Midwest.  His team has over 45 years of experience working with institutional and private investors across the country as well as assisting several owner/operators on successful sale-leaseback transactions. 

Prior to joining the Retail Capital Markets team at CBRE, Cory was a First Vice President of Investments at Marcus & Millichap for 12 years where he focused on transactional services for retail investors across the United States. He grew up in St. Paul, Minnesota, and graduated from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul.
