Corey Martier is Zeustra’s SVP of the Mid-Atlantic region. He joined Zeustra in 2015 and has played a major role in the growth of the company with over $1 billion in successful transactions.

Mr. Martier is responsible for all aspects of property sales and acquisitions on behalf of Zeustra’s institutional clients. This includes the execution of client business and investment strategies, coordination of financial and risk underwriting, and oversight of due diligence and transactional execution.

Mr. Martier graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Health Policy Administration from Penn State University and earned a Master’s of Professional Studies in Real Estate with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University.
