Cooper Wilson

Cooper joined Colliers International in June of 2018. After holding a successful brokerage internship with Colliers | Omaha, he was invited to transition into an official role within Omaha's brokerage team. Cooper specializes in office leasing with a focus on healthcare and life sciences, investment sales, along with strategic planning and development services. Cooper works with tenants, institutional and local owners, private investors, educational institutions, REIT's, financial services companies, national healthcare companies and developers.He has an entrepreneurial mindset while also promoting and fostering a team mentality. In his first year, Cooper secured a representation agreement with one of healthcare's most innovative REIT's, and aligned the Colliers | Omaha Healthcare team. Later, his experience was instrumental in establishing the Colliers | Omaha Life Sciences team and has since formed a strategic partnership with a regional science and technology research park.
