Conrad McEachern is a Vice President with CBRE's Global Workplace Solutions in Dallas, Texas. He brings over 22 years of experience to national corporate real estate clients who benefit from his depth of knowledge in the full lifecycle of corporate real estate portfolios.
Mr. McEachern specializes in transaction management for multi-market occupiers. His background in healthcare, retail and corporate real estate in all asset types allows him to leverage his experience and knowledge to the benefit of his clients. He has broad experience in acquisitions, dispositions, sales, buyouts, subleasing, M&A consolidation, as well as overall strategy.
Mr. McEachern joined CBRE (formerly with Trammell Crow Company) in 2006 to lead the FedEx Office transaction management team. After that role, he served as Alliance Director for the T-Mobile account and then transitioned to lead the Global Transaction Management platform for EDS. Mr. McEachern also led Transactions for a Global High Technology Company in the Americas. Prior to CBRE, Mr. McEachern provided transaction and portfolio services to HealthSouth after a successful career as Director of Real Estate for a national healthcare company.
