Conor Reenstierna joined Newmark in 2018 and currently serves as a financial analyst in the company's Boston office. Mr. Reenstierna is a member of the firm's Capital Markets team, focused primarily on the sale of investment-grade retail and mixed-use assets. His responsibilities include the underwriting, due diligence, financial modeling, lease review and Argus Enterprise modeling for properties throughout the Northeast.

Prior to Newmark, Mr. Reenstierna served as an associate at Goedecke & Co., LLC, where he specialized in the underwriting, marketing, and closing of both debt and equity financing across all asset types.

Education

Mr. Reenstierna is a graduate of Bates College, where he earned a bachelor's degree in American history and was a captain of the college's baseball team. He is currently working toward the certificates in commercial real estate and real estate finance awarded by the Boston University Center for Professional Education.
