Bio
Connor O’Neill serves as a Property Manager for Mid-America Real Estate-Minnesota where he has been with the company for five years. He is responsible for direct interaction with property owners, tenants, and vendors to ensure maximum profitability within his portfolio of properties. Connor’s other tasks include preparation of annual budgets, negotiation of contracts and overseeing property maintenance.
Connor previously held the role as a Property Coordinator for Mid-America Real Estate-Minnesota where he assisted the Property Management team with abstracting leases, creating contracts, vendor and tenant support. Prior to joining Mid-America, Connor worked as a Assistant Property Manager at Coldwell Banker Commercial Griffin Companies in Minneapolis, MN.
Connor graduated from St. Cloud State University where he majored in Public Relations with a minor in Economics. He is also a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Minnesota.
