Bio
Connor Nolan is responsible for underwriting and closing FCP’s commercial investments and developments throughout the Southwest Region, as well as providing support in managing FCP’s existing commercial portfolio.
Prior to joining FCP, Mr. Nolan worked as a Senior Analyst on CBRE’s Mid-Atlantic Debt & Structured Finance Group, where he was involved with the origination, structuring, and underwriting of senior debt, mezzanine debt and equity for a wide variety of multifamily, office, retail, industrial and other property types and development projects.
Mr. Nolan graduated from the University of South Carolina with a BBA in Finance.
