Connor Kerr is responsible for providing advisory and transaction based real estate services to local, national and international corporate clients.  Connor takes a consultative approach to the real estate process and specializes in corporate strategic planning, understanding organizational change and assessing portfolio optimization to ensure that his client's business, operational and economical goals are achieved.

During his tenure at CBRE, Connor has worked with a variety of corporations to develop and implement an overall portfolio strategy that results in a clear understanding of how each real estate decision impacts productivity and profitability.
