Connor Cree, Director of industrial properties with Cushman & Wakefield Seattle office. Connor works with his team to represent and coordinate effective market strategies for industrial tenants and property owners doing business throughout the Puget Sound industrial sub-markets. Connor pays particular attention to the Kent Valley industrial market, where regional interest continues to grow, capitalizing on excellent multi-modal transportation corridors, and more affordable land costs relative to sub-markets closer to downtown Seattle. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Connor worked in various capacities in commercial real estate where he maintained past and present office sales, provided marketing support to company brokers, and met with tenants regarding landlord listings and tenant representation. Connor graduated from the University of Washington where he played Division 1 football for the Washington Huskies on a full athletic scholarship from 2011-2013.
