Connor focuses on acquisition opportunities and asset management functions at Alterra Property Group.

Prior to joining Alterra, Connor was an Associate Asset Manager at Federal Realty Investment Trust (NYSE: FRT) since 2014 where he worked in various capacities within the company’s Metro DC and South Florida mixed-use portfolios.

Connor graduated from Villanova University where he majored in Finance and Real Estate and he resides in Philadelphia with his wife.

Many of our investments have been done in partnership with some of the world’s premier institutional real estate investors, including but not limited to The Carlyle Group, Blackstone, BlackRock, J.P. Morgan Asset Management, and New York Life.
