Bio
Mr. Chi is Co-founder and Managing Principal responsible for investments and strategy. Prior to being a real estate principal, Mr. Chi was a real estate attorney at Sullivan & Cromwell. He holds a B.A. from the University of California Berkeley and J.D. from Harvard Law School. Mr. Chi also has a Master’s of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, where he is a guest lecturer and member of the USC Price Real Estate Advisory Board. He is admitted to the Bar in California and New York and is a licensed real estate broker in California. Mr. Chi is also member of the National Multifamily Housing Council and Urban Land Institute.
